Maggi heads Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Compliance, and Facilities at Axilor, playing a key role in building and sustaining the organization’s operational backbone. An experienced operations and administration professional, she specializes in statutory compliance and establishing efficient systems that enable smooth organizational functioning. Her responsibilities also include managing the Chairman’s Office at Axilor and overseeing facilities, including the shared workspace Transit.

Maggi holds an MBA in Human Resources and Financial Management from SVSU and is a Certified Independent Director through the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She is known for her discretion, financial discipline, and strong operational expertise.

Prior to Axilor, she managed administration and operations at Mr. S.D. Shibulal’s family office.
