Kavya Sreekanth focuses on identifying and scaling deep-tech breakthrough innovations at Axilor Labs. She is excited to translate complex scientific research into commercially viable businesses, with a particular interest in quick prototyping and innovative research productisation at the intersection of people, planet, and impact.

Kavya is pursuing PhD from BITS Pilani, subsequent to her MBA and BTech. She attended Fab Academy by Massachusetts Institute of Technology, SEED Spark Programme by Stanford School of Business and is empanelled in the National Association of Impact Leaders under IICA. In her previous avatar, she has worked in deep tech, climate tech and social impact startups.

Her work has consistently focused on impacting people at large by building scalable products within the Indian startup ecosystem. In her present role, she is instrumental in helping and supporting researchers in their zero-to-one journey towards translational research.
